Dr. Jacob B. Pugsley, D.O.

Dr. Pugsley earned his degree from Midwestern University’s College of Osteopathic Medicine, interned at the Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center in South Bend, Indiana, and completed his residency in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation at Indiana University. Dr. Pugsley is a licensed osteopathic physician and certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support. While an undergraduate at Utah State University, Dr. Pugsley competed in the Decathlon and was the captain of the track and field team. In addition, Dr. Pugsley has volunteered as medical staff for the Boy Scouts of America, the Disabled Water Ski National Championships, and several collegiate sports teams.

He applies his experience in athletics to improve sports and occupational rehabilitation for his patients. Dr. Pugsley provides comprehensive evaluation and treatment of musculoskeletal injuries, including the use of diagnostic ultrasound and electrodiagnostic studies (EMGs). When necessary, he performs therapeutic and diagnostic injection under fluoroscopy or ultrasound, platelet rich plasma therapy, radiofrequency neurotomy, initial placement of a spinal cord stimulator trials and the FAST procedure.
